Confidence, Wellbeing, and Resilience

Ensuring young people are ready to make a successful transition to further and higher education. Our sessions focus on “soft skills” such as confidence, team building, presentation skills, and resilience to ensure young people are emotionally prepared for exams and key educational transitions.

Learning Outcomes:

Develop confidence and resilience skills in relation to immediate next steps (GCSEs) (KS3); Develop confidence and resilience skills in relation to exams and the transition to sixth form or college (KS4); Practice confidence and resilience skills through the university application process (KS5).

Ensure young people are ready to make a successful transition to higher education.
