Be a Higher Horizons partner and help us enable ambitions

By being a partner of Higher Horizons, you can help us deliver inspiring activity to young people as they make their journey through education and into the workplace. Higher Horizons has an impressive track record of linking education to careers and creating pathways for young people to follow and thrive.

Employers have often expressed to us what they need from young people in the contemporary world of work. Higher Horizons can partner with you to match fund activities that link your business to the educational routes we promote to our young people.

Together we can create a prosperous and thriving workforce fit for the new decade.

Track Record

We have worked with hundreds of businesses and public and third sector employers over a number of years. We have recently match-funded the award-winning Fast Trackers programme where young people engage with university engineering departments, Network Rail, and Mott MacDonald to explore what careers working on HS2 will look like.

What employers have said

It has been an absolute pleasure to collaborate with Higher Horizons and partners to develop and deliver the fully-accredited and award-winning outreach programme, Fast Trackers. With their continued commitment, the programme has developed to become an industry-leading exemplar of best-practice and has also received commendation in academic circles for the careers support it passes on to young learners. Working with academic partners is important to Network Rail, in particular, it is imperative that we support the next generation of employees to make properly informed academic and career choices that underpin our successful and expanding sector.
